ICC announces 2014-15 basketball schedule

FULTON, MS – Home games against the defending NJCAA Men's National Champion and a pair of Alabama powerhouses highlight the opening to the 2014-15 Itawamba Community College basketball schedule.

ICC will open the season with three-straight home games against Alabama powers Lawson State (Nov 3) and Shelton State (Nov 6) before welcoming the defending national champion Bobcats of Jones County (Nov 13) to the Davis Event Center before traveling to Boaz, AL to face Snead State (Nov 17) for their first road test of the season.

Meridian (Nov 20), Snead State (Nov 22), and Coahoma (Dec 4) will close out the 2014 slate of home games as ICC will travel to Shelton State (Dec 1), Northwest (Dec 8), Meridian (Dec 11), and Lawson State (Dec 13) before the Christmas Break.

ICC will restart the season on the road at Jones County (Jan 6) and Volunteer State (Jan 8) in Gallatin, TN before returning to Fulton to reopen North Division play against Holmes (Jan 12).

Other home dates include: Mississippi Delta (Jan 22), Northwest (Feb 2), Northeast (Feb 9), and East Mississippi (Feb 12) while away game will include: Northeast (Jan 15), East Mississippi (Jan 20), Coahoma (Jan 29), Holmes (Feb 5), and Mississippi Delta (Feb 16).
