Seven Indians selected to play in the MACJC All-Star game
Representing ICC are sophomores Canden Dallas (Pontotoc), DeShawn McGaughy (Itawamba AHS), Erik Buchanan (Aberdeen), Justin Rogers (Starkville), Tevin Spurgon (Tupelo), Andrew Mahan (Selma, AL) and Ashton Ballard (Atlanta, GA).
Seven members of the ICC football team have been selected to play in the 38th Annual MACJC All-Star Classic this Saturday in Booneville.
Representing ICC are sophomores Canden Dallas (Pontotoc), DeShawn McGaughy (Itawamba AHS), Erik Buchanan (Aberdeen), Justin Rogers (Starkville), Tevin Spurgon (Tupelo), Andrew Mahan (Selma, AL) and Ashton Ballard (Atlanta, GA).
The North leads the series 18-17-2 after snapping a two-game losing streak with a 16-0 win coached by the ICC coaching staff. This season the North squad will be under the direction of the Northwest coaching staff while the South will be coached by the Pearl River coaches.
The game is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. kickoff on Saturday, December 3 at Tiger Stadium on the campus of Northeast Community College.
